PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT BIDS MUST BE SEALED General Description- Prepare site for new construction of house. Provide modular house or construct stick built house in accordance with house plans provided by the City of Jacksonville Community Development Division. Plans can be obtained by calling 910-938-5287. House shall include 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, Kitchen and Dinning Room, Living Room, Front Porch, Back Side Stoop, Concrete Patio to back door, Closets, Washer and Dryer area. The porch shall be of concrete including railings and columns as shown on house plans. The exterior of the house shall be constructed using vinyl siding. (Colors are to be picked by Community Development and Owner). The bid’s opening date will be January 12, 2007. The bid’s opening time will be 10:00 AM. Bids will be received at the City of Jacksonville Community Development Division, 804 New Bridge Street ( across from City Hall), or mailed ( recommend Certified mail) to Community Development, 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, N. C. 28541. Community Development reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept those bids which appear to be in the Owner’s best interest.
