Request for Proposals - ClP Room
All proposals are due 05/05/2017 by 4:00 P.M. for clean-in-place (CIP) room per specifications listed in the attached RFP documents. Interested bidders may submit pricing electronically through BidNet Direct-North Carolina Purchasing Group https://www.bidnetdirect.com/north-carolina or sign the attached Request for Proposals and send via email to mperez@jacksonvillenc.gov.
Vendor must obtain and provide proof of the following types of insurance with the dollar limits designated. Additionally, Insurers must be licensed to do business in the State of North Carolina.
1. Worker’s Compensation Insurance: In accordance with North Carolina Statutory limits
2. Comprehensive General Liability Insurance: $1,000,000 Single Limit/ $2,000,000 Aggregate
3. Automobile Liability Insurance: $1,000,000 Single Limit
ADDITIONAL INSURED:
The City of Jacksonville must be listed as an additional insured on the following insurance certificates: Automobile Liability Insurance, Comprehensive General Liability Insurance, and Umbrella Liability Insurance
Pre-bid walk-through of project site is recommended.
