Summary of Specifications:
All quotes are due on 10/10/2014 by 5:00 p.m. for the purchase of approximately 490 cases of standard copy paper. (See attached for sizes and brightness.) This paper must be compatible with copiers, ink jet and laser printers. This paper will be ordered at various times during the year, through June 30, 2015, and dropped to 4 local addresses inside the City limits of Jacksonville NC. These addresses are 815 New Bridge Street, 350 S Marine Blvd, 1125 Commons Drive N, and 200 Marine Blvd. This is not a guaranteed amount of paper to be purchased.
Interested bidders must sign this Request for Quote and either fax it to (910) 938-6524 or deliver to Christy Baysden at the Accounting Division at Jacksonville City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540.
The Jacksonville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept that Bid or Bids which appear to be in the Owner's best interest.
