Summary of Specifications:
Conduct Lead Based Paint Testing using XRF testing machine. Prepare Inspection and Risk Assessment Reports. Lead Abatement Plans/Specifications, Project Designs, and Occupancy Protection Plans. Conduct Onside Monitoring and Clearance activities. All in accordance with the HUD Guidelines for the Evaluation and Control of Lead Based Paint Hazards in Housing, dated June 1995 and any subsequent revisions to date.
