Summary of Specifications:
Conduct Lead Based Paint Testing using XRF testing machine. Prepare Inspection and Risk Assessment Reports, Lead Abatement Plans/Specifications, Project Designs, and Occupancy Protection Plans. Conduct Onsite Removal Monitoring and Clearance activities. All in accordance with the HUD Guidelines for the Evaluation and Control of Lead-Based Paint Hazards in Housing, dated June 1995 and any subsequent revisions to date.
