In celebration of our dedicated employees, the City of Jacksonville will be hosting a picnic at 100 Recreation Lane (Jacksonville, NC) on Thursday, May 12, 2016. We would like to give an opportunity for your agency to bid on the following event that will be catered. Please take the time to review the following menu items and consider pending your availability. We will begin accepting bids on Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at 8:00AM, the bidding process will end on Monday, April 18 at 12:00AM. - All quotes need to be itemized to include tax (7.0% Onslow County), 18% gratuity and price per person, with grand total indicated separately.
- Food must be kept in a temperature controlled container until time of service.
- All meats and seafood must be cooked on site.
- Request full catering service to include serving staff, set-up serving table, food, utensils (spoon, forks, knives and napkins) and cleanup.
- If selected, must be able to provide the following upon award of bid:
- Completed COJ Vendor Packet (Vendor Application, W-9, etc.)
- Certificate of Insurance with the following minimum levels of insurance coverage
- Comprehensive General Liability - $1,000,000 Single Limit/$2,000,000 General Aggregate
- Comprehensive Automobile Liability: $1,000,000 Single Limit
- Not required if only parking in a City parking lot and delivering food to the event location
- Required if using your vehicle to prepare or haul cookers, etc. onto City property
- Worker’s Compensation Insurance - In accordance with North Carolina Statutory limits
- The City of Jacksonville must be listed as an additional insured on the General Liability and Automobile Liability insurance policies.
- Service for approximately 250 people (minimum 250).
