The Traffic Signal Division of the City of Jacksonville will be receiving Proposals for, One (1) 5,000 lb. Cable Spool Hauling Trailer.
Proposals Due
All Proposals are due Friday, January 20, 2017 by 5:00pm.
Interested bidders must sign the attached Request for Proposals and either email it to mperez@jacksonvillenc.gov or deliver to Maria Perez at the Finance Division at Jacksonville City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540.
Qualifications
If not currently a Vendor for The City of Jacksonville, the successful bidder must be able to provide a Vendor Application and W-9 to the City of Jacksonville. The City is exempt from Federal Excise Tax. Our Federal Tax Identification Number is 56-6000232. The City is not exempt from NC State & County Sales Tax. Such taxes shall be shown as a separate item on all invoices.
Rights
The Jacksonville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept that Bid or Bids which appear to be in the Owner's best interest.
Proposals to be Retained
Proposals are to remain valid through 02/20/2016.
