Summary of Specifications:
I. Quotes Due All quotes are due on 5/18/2015 by 10:00 a.m. for the purchase of COPY PAPER FOR CITYWIDE USE. Purchase will include approximately 490 cases of standard copy paper. (Sizes and brightness listed below under Specifications) This paper will be ordered at various times throughout our fiscal year (July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016) to four local addresses:

The listed quantities are not guaranteed to be ordered, only an estimate. Bidder will invoice the City of Jacksonville for paper as it is ordered or monthly. Interested bidders must sign this Request for Quotes and either email it to astewart@jacksonvillenc.gov or deliver to Angela Stewart at the Finance Division at Jacksonville City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540.
II. Qualifications The successful bidder must be properly licensed to do business in the City of Jacksonville. The City is exempt from Federal Excise Tax. Our Federal Tax Identification Number is 56-6000232. The City is not exempt from NC State & County Sales Tax. Such taxes shall be shown as a separate item on all invoices.
III. Rights The Jacksonville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept that Bid or Bids which appear to be in the Owner's best interest.
IV. Inspection All materials/supplies shall be the subject of inspection by the Project Manager at time of delivery.
V. Quotes to be Retained Quotes are to remain valid through 06/18/2015.
