Summary of Specifications:
The Jacksonville Recreation and Parks Department is in the process of installing brick chips on the warning tracks of our youth baseball fields. We would like to give an opportunity for your agency to bid on the following project that will be completed during August 2010. Please take the time to review the following request and consider pending your availability.
• Submitted quote must include materials, delivery charges, and grand total, please itemize and list separately. • Vendor must have General Liability Insurance with $1,000,000 Single Limit/$2,000,000 General Aggregate with the City of Jacksonville listed as additional insured; Automobile Liability with $1,000,000 Single limit with the City of Jacksonville listed as additional insured; Professional Liability – E & O /$1,000,000 • Amount to be quoted for 110 tons. • Brick Chips for warning track / size–1/8”- 1/4” • Price to include all charges and fees We will begin accepting bids on Wednesday; July 21, 2010 at 4:00PM, the bidding process will end on Saturday; July 24, 2010 at 4:00PM.
