Summary of Specifications:
The Jacksonville Recreation and Parks Department is in the process of purchasing bleachers, team benches and foul poles for two (2) fields. We would like to give an opportunity for your agency to bid on the following items to be purchased by Februay 25, 2010.
Plese take the time to review the following request and consider. We will begin accepting bids on Monday; February 1, 2010 at 5pm, the bidding process will end on Friday; February, 5, 2010 at 12pm. If you should have any additional questions, please contact Melody Strickland at (910)938-5304.
Submitted quotes must include items to be purchased, tax, and shipping and the grand total. Please itemize and list separately the following items:
*4 sets - Aluminum bleachers with fencing/ 5 rows, 21' long, closed deck.
*4 team benches - Aluminum players bench with back / 15', surface mount.
*2 sets of foul poles- heavy-duty foul poles powder coated in optic yellow; constructed from 3 1/2'' O.D. heavy-wall steel; 15' H above ground / 6' H x 18'' W wing
The Jacksonville Recreation and Parks Department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
