Dear Business Owner,
The Jacksonville Recreation and Parks Department is in the process of purchasing jerseys and hats for our athletic programs and special events. We would like to give an opportunity for your agency to submit a quote. Materials will be purchased during August, 2016 – June, 2017. Please take the time to review the following request and consider pending your availability.
We will begin accepting bids on Thursday, May 12, 2016 at 3 pm. The bidding process will end on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at 8 am. If you should have any additional questions, please contact Melody Strickland at (910) 938-5304 or mstrickland@jacksonvillenc.gov
- Submitted quote must include items, tax, delivery charges, and grand total, please itemize and list separately.
- Must call with questions or clarification on printing.
- Items to be ordered and delivered starting August, 2016 to June 30, 2017.
- Price to include delivery charges.
