Summary of Specifications:
This describes the terms and conditions for Asbestos Testing of five (5) commercial structures and as detailed below. The work shall include furnishing all safety equipment, materials, tools, labor, transportation, permits, and supervision necessary for the prosecution and completion of the work. Bidder must be a licensed by the state of North Carolina and have the appropriate certifications to perform the testing and reporting as required below:
Structures (2) located on parcel 341E-5, 117 Marine Blvd., South Structure located on parcel 341E-6, 124 Old Bridge Street Structure located on parcel 3414-6.2, 127 Marine Blvd., South Structure located on parcel 341E-8, 120 Old Bridge Street
All quotes are due at 4:00 PM on February 13, 2012. Interested bidders must sign this Request for Quotes and either fax it to (910) 938-5044 or deliver to Ms. Lillie R. Gray, Community Development Administrator at the Community Development Division at Jacksonville City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540. The City encourages all interested bidders to inspect the project area.
The Jacksonville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept that Bid or Bids which appear to be in the Owner's best interest.
