Conduct asbestos testing at the residential structure of 203 Westminister. Provide Asbestos and Clearance Report. Provide Abatement Plan/ Specifications if asbestos shows positive.

Bids are to be sealed. The bid’s opening date will be May 7, 2007. Bids will be received at the City of Jacksonville Community Development Division, 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, N. C. 28541. Community Development reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept those bids which appear to be in the Owner’s best interest.
