Summary of Specifications:
The City of Jacksonville is requesting PROPOSALS from North Carolina licensed General Appraisers to conduct Appraisal Reviews of six (6) residential and one (1) land appraisal for properties located in Jacksonville, North Carolina:

Description: The City of Jacksonville Community Development Division (“acquiring agency”) is accepting bids for appraisal review services in accordance with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act (URA and its implementing regulations (49 (CFR Part 24). See Attachment 1 for a full Scope of Work. All bids are to be returned to Lillie Gray by 4:00 p.m. on April 1, 2013 at the Community Development Division at Jacksonville City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540.
