1. Duct in attic pulled loose- fix exterior sleeve. Insert Pandora Straps around all duct work connections in attic. 2. Vanity in hallway bathroom has a hole in the bottom. Repair to keep rodents out of dwelling 3. Sewer clean out needs to be grade level-presently sticks out of ground 6 - 9 inches.
