Summary of Specifications:
Dig and pour concrete to new footing width of 24 inches with a minimum depth of 12 inches, bottom of footing no less than 12 inches below existing grade and perform pier construction in accordance with N C Building Code. Piers shall be positioned as noted on Blue prints. ( see foundation plans for details). . Foundation perimeter wall is to be concrete block and brick veneer. ( Color selection per Community Development ). Vents are to be placed within three feet of each exterior corner and on both sides of each corner. Vents will then be placed at 6ft O.C. there after. Foundation is to have positive drainage away from house in according with N.C. State Building Code. After laying of foundation grade dirt under house to fill all voids.
