Note - The HVAC system design is based on published operating characteristics of Goodman split-system heat pump. Hart & Cooley air terminal devices. Deviation from specified brands will result in unpredictable system performance and is not recommended.

Bids ARE TO BE SEALED. The bid’s opening date will be October 9, 2007. Bids will be received at the City of Jacksonville Community Development Division, 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, N. C. 28541. Community Development reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept those bids which appear to be in the Owner’s best interest.
