All quotes are due on 4/11/2016 by 2:00 p.m. for the purchase of
20 GALLON SMOOTH SIDED POLE MOUNTED METAL TRASH RECEPTACLE WITH HINGED COVER AND LID.
Interested bidders must sign the attached Request for Quotes and either email it to astewart@jacksonvillenc.gov or deliver to Angela Stewart at the Finance Division at Jacksonville City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540.
- Qualifications
If not currently a Vendor for The City of Jacksonville, the successful bidder must provide a Vendor Application and W-9 to the City of Jacksonville. The City is exempt from Federal Excise Tax. Our Federal Tax Identification Number is 56-6000232. The City is
not exempt from NC State & County Sales Tax. Such taxes shall be shown as a separate item on all invoices.
- Rights
The Jacksonville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept that Bid or Bids which appear to be in the Owner's best interest.
- Inspection
All materials/supplies shall be the subject of inspection by the Project Manager at time of delivery.
- Quotes to be Retained
Quotes are to remain valid through 05/11/16.

. Questions must be submitted via email by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 7, 2016 and will be addressed by 2 p.m. on Friday, April 8, 2016.

within Twelve (12) weeks of the date of the Purchase Order.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Product must be shipped with all necessary hardware for installation by the City, using standard tools and equipment.
2. Detailed shop drawings and installation instructions must be provided.
3. Vendor must accept a City of Jacksonville Purchase Order and the Terms and Conditions incorporated therewith. Vendor will invoice items after delivery of merchandise and payment terms shall be net 30 days after receipt of invoice.
