PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT BIDS MUST BE SEALED Specifications for the demolition of 168 Sybil are attached to this document. To obtain a copy of the specifications, please call 910-938-5287. Bids will be received at the City of Jacksonville’s Community Development Division 804 New Bridge Street (across from City Hall), or mailed (recommend certified mail) to Community Development, 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville N. C. 28541. The bid opening date will be January 3, 2007. The bid opening time will be approx. 10:00 am. The City of Jacksonville Community Development reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept those bids which appear to be in the Owner’s best interest. 

NOTE- This is an informal bid. Public opening is not required. This bid is not subject to public inspection until after the contract is awarded.
