Please be advised that all bids must be sealed. Specifications for the demolition of 168 Sybil are attached to this document. To obtain a copy of the specifications, please call 910-938-5287. Bids will be received by the Community Development Division at City Hall or mailed to 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville N. C. 28541. The opening date will be December 21, 2006. The opening time will be 9:00 AM. The City of Jacksonville Community Development reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept those bids which appear to be in the Owner’s best interest.
