Summary of Specifications:
Install 9 -7 gal box hedges or equivalent in front of house. Provide and apply mulch around plants. Supply topsoil for 2 major fill in and grade to provide positive drainage 10 feet from all sides of house. ( Must meet N C Code). Cultivate, grade and seed entire yard. Remove tree limbs and provide trimming to property line around entire house. BIDS ARE TO BE SEALLED. The bid’s opening date will be June 7, 2007. Bids will be received at the City of Jacksonville Community Development Division, 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, N. C. 28541. Community Development reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept those bids which appear to be in the Owner’s best interest.
