Bidders will be permitted to examine the work sites at 9:00 a.m. on 9/29/17 in Rm. 1 at the Dept of Emergency Services, 4 Dana Road, Valhalla, 10595. (Handicapped parking is available at 4 Dana Road. All others must park in the adjacent 35 Walker Road lot). A tour will follow of approx ten of the twenty four total sites allowing bidders to visit sites that they would not be able to visit on their own due to access issues. The 9/29/17 Pre-Bid Site Inspection will allow access to the same sites to which access was allowed during the 6/12/17 Pre-Bid Site Inspection and no information will be provided that was not provided during the 6/12/17 Pre-Bid Site Inspection. The Pre-Bid Site Inspection will include a site within the Correctional facility, and attendees must show government issued photo ID prior to entering the facility. Bidders must contact Adam Epstein at 914-995-6375 prior to 12:00 PM on 9/27/17 and provide their company name and the names of individuals that will be attending.
