The work under this contract consists of providing all necessary labor, material and equipment required to renovate the building at the Yorktown Maintenance Garage including but not limited to interior alterations to garage, office, lunch room, toilet rooms and new mezzanine for storage. Work will also include HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sprinkler and fire alarm system work, and roof and window replacement. (Bid range: $1,400,000.00 to $1,500,000.00).
