051-25 - Family Functional Therapy Services

The Wayne County Department of Social Services is seeking to contract for evidenced based family functional therapy services to be provided to all members within the family unit, for the purpose of working together to prevent out-of-home  placement, to intervene on behalf of family re-building, and to re-unify the family unit. The successful contractor will provide services to a target population of: 1.) Wayne County families with children at high risk of out-of-home placement as  a result of child welfare, and/or juvenile delinquency proceedings through Family Court; 2.) Children transitioning from out-of-home placement back to their families or 3.) Youth involved in Persons in Need of Supervision proceedings through Family Court.
