The proposed projects are located in the Towns of Bolton, Chester, Johnsburg, Horicon, Stony Creek, Thurman, and Warrensburg in Warren County.
The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following:

- Production Milling
- Cold in Place Asphalt Paving
- Hammermill of Asphalt Pavement
- Binder course HMA Paving
- Top course HMA Paving
- Cleaning Pavement and Shoulders
- Tack Coat
- Roadway Striping
- Work Zone Traffic Control
