SCOPE OF WORK:
This contract shall cover DPW Safety Clothing for Warren County Department of Public Works, 4028 Main St., Warrensburg, NY 12885 and any other designated County facility and/or municipal subdivision that may be authorized to utilize this bid under General Municipal Law as set forth below.
Bids will be received for furnishing DPW Safety Clothing for the following schedule:
Schedule 1: Safety Clothing (All jackets, liners, T-Shirts, Sweatshirts & Vests shall be embossed/embroidered with “Warren County DPW” and included in unit price)
Bidders must be able to provide items listed on the above schedule within the time constraints described herein and, in the quantities, indicated by the annual usage projections.
Any bids received on an item marked “or approved equal” must include a sample with bid. Failure to include sample may result in automatic rejection of that portion of bid.
