Description

It is the intent of these specifications to obtain bids on water treatment chemicals to be used at the following Water Treatment Facilities located in Warren County: Bolton Landing Water Department, 459 Edgecomb Pond, Bolton Landing, NY 12814; Lake George Water Treatment Plant, 215 Ottawa St., Lake George, NY 12845; City of Glens Falls Wastewater, 2 Shermantown Rd., Glens Falls, NY, 12810; City of Glens Falls Water Treatment Plant 578R Aviation Rd., Queensbury, NY 12804; Warrensburg Waste Water Treatment Plant, State Route 418, Warrensburg, NY 12885; Warrensburg Water Treatment Shed, located just north of Countryside Adult Home, 353 Schroon River Rd., Warrensburg, NY, 12885; Hague Sewer District, 68 Decker Hill Rd., Hague, NY 12836; and any other designated county facility that may be added during the term of this bid.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Bids may be delivered to the undersigned at Warren County Human Services Building, Warren County Purchasing Department, 3rd Floor, 1340 State Route 9, Lake George, New York between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. Bids will be received up until Tuesday, June 8, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. at 
which time they will be publicly opened and read. All bids must be submitted on proper bid proposal forms.  Any changes to the original bid documents are grounds for immediate disqualification. 

Late bids by mail, courier or in person will be refused.  Warren County will not accept any bid or proposal which is not delivered to Purchasing by the time indicated above, on the time stamp in 
the Purchasing Department Office.
