NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Pleasantville (VOP) (i.e. “Village) shall receive sealed Bids for VOP Contract No. 2025-02 “Roadway Pavement Management Program (RPMP)”. Bids shall be received at the Office of the Village Clerk, Room 306, Village of Pleasantville, 80 Wheeler Avenue, Pleasantville, NY 10570 until 12:00PM prevailing local time on Friday, May 30, 2025, at which time immediately thereafter the Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the said office.
No Bids will be received or considered after the time stated above.
Complete Bid/Contract Documents (i.e. Project Specifications, Drawings, etc.) shall be obtained from the above office or via “BidNet” (www.Bidnetdirect.com) on or after Tuesday, April 1, 2025.
The Village of Pleasantville is seeking to execute an agreement for a Public Works Contract to complete roadway improvements from approximately July 1, 2025 through September 1, 2025. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the Bidder, addressed to Village Clerk, Village of Pleasantville, 80 Wheeler Avenue, Pleasantville, New York 10570 and labeled “VOP Contract No. 2025-02 – Roadway Pavement Management Program (RPMP)”.
