Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Office of the Village Clerk, Municipal Building, 16 Croton Avenue, Ossining, N.Y. 10562 for the following contract:

CONTRACT NO.REC-25-01 NELSON SITTING PARK PLAYGROUND REPLACEMENT

The principal feature of the work to be performed is the installation of playground equipment, rubber safety surfacing, and cobble curb. Associated work includes landscaping and pavement restoration.

The bids shall be in accordance with the Specifications, Drawings and Terms of the proposed contract. These proposals will be received by Susanne Donnelly, Village Clerk, Village of Ossining, 16 Croton Avenue, Ossining, N.Y. 10562 until 10:00 a.m., Prevailing Time, on Monday, October 27, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.
