Description

The Village is seeking interested and qualified contractors to replace twenty (20) existing windows located on the second floor of the Village Hall Building. Contractors must provide all labor (NYS prevailing wage), materials, equipment, and personnel necessary to complete the project.
Specific Work Includes: Removal of twenty (20) existing windows on the second floor. Installation of twenty (20) new retrofit windows. Compliance with all applicable building codes. Safe removal and disposal of all debris and protection of interior and exterior surfaces during work.

Nyack, Village Hall located at 9 North Broadway, Nyack, New York on or before Monday, January 6, 2025 at 12 noon prevailing time, at such time they will be opened and read aloud. Each bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly stating the contractor’s name and address and the project name on the exterior of the envelope entitled:
