RFP - 2025-016 - Pavement Management Program

The Village of Mamaroneck (the “Village”), acting by and through its Office of the Village Manager, is requesting proposals from qualified proposers to provide professional and technical services in inspecting, assessing and developing a Pavement Management Program (PMP). The Village is located in Westchester County, New York.
An add-on service for which the Village is also requesting proposals is for an inspection, assessment and to make recommendations for the repair and/or replacement of village owned sidewalks and curbs.
The Village has 44.9 centerline miles and 85.7 total road lane miles. The village requests the successful Proposer to perform a condition assessment and recommend rehabilitation methods with associated costs that can be utilized for short and long term investment strategy.
