Description

The Village of Rye Brook requests pricing/proposals for backflow / RPZ pressure testing and certification. Contractor shall be a licensed Plumber and or Certified Backflow Tester. If there are any questions please feel free to call Michal Nowak at 914 939 0753 x 2965. Contractors shall provide all necessary labor, hardware, tools, reports, etc for a complete job. Project is prevailing wage and certified payrolls must be submitted with payment.
Scope of work
The proposal shall include all labor, material, reports and filing with Westchester County Health Department of backflow testing, RPZ testing and Double Check testing.

The Village is seeking that ALL Units be tested in June/July and put on a yearly rotation filed with the county Health Dept. refile paperwork with the county for such purposes.

The Village has multiple units and sizes and quantity of work not guaranteed
