Description

The Village of Rye Brook requests pricing/proposals for services as per specifications and attachments below for street light maintenance and traffic signal maintenance.  Project will be awarded to the lowest total price. Companies shall have 5 years experience in municipal work, be fully licensed and insured.  If there are any questions please feel free to call Michal Nowak at 914 939 0753 x 2965. Contractors shall provide all necessary labor and additional tools, for a complete job. Project is prevailing wage and certified payrolls must be submitted with payment.
 
The Bidder hereby proposes to furnish all materials, supplies, transportation, tools, bucket trucks, equipment, restoration, facilities and to perform all necessary labor and construct, install and complete all work within the time schedules stipulated in, required by, and in conformity with the Proposed Contract Documents (including all documents referred to therein) and any and all addenda thereto, for and in consideration of unit prices as follows (Estimated Quantities and Total are for Bid Comparison Only no guarantees expressed):
