Ulster County Community College is soliciting quotes for pest control service for our Stone Ridge Campus, located at 491 Stone Ridge, NY 12484. We require monthly commercial service for our Daycare Facility, Food Service Areas (serving, cooking, storage), and Boiler Room. In addition, we may request occassional visits to various other areas as need arises.
Commercial monthly service to include the monitoring and/or treatment for roaches, rodents, glue boards, sewer flies and general field crawling inspects as well as inspections of the exterior of buildings and issues that would fall into the "occassional" category such as fruit flies, bees or wasps.
All service work should be scheduled between the hours of 2-3 pm so as to not conflict with the Food Service and Plant Operations department hours of operation.
A pest control log book is to be provided and kept in the Plant Operations office to show service has been provided and for the college to leave notes for the pest control company. Monthly service reports and invoices to be provided.
