The work includes, but is not limited to, interior repair and alterations work at a portion of the existing facility that recently experienced water damage. Work generally involves, limited demolition work (water damage mitigation has already occurred), abatement of pipe insulation and vct floor tiles, new floor, wall and ceiling finishes, electrical power and lighting system replacements, minor mechanical ductwork and space heater modifications, and minor plumbing work related to restroom fixture and piping replacement. Contingency Allowances, Unit Prices and Alternates are requested for portions of the work.Drawings and Specifications may be examined on and after September 27, 2019. at C.T. Digital Procurement and Contracting Documents may be obtained after September 27, 2019. Complete sets of Bidding and Contract Documents in electronic format may be obtained at no charge from the Architect, C.T. MALE ASSOCIATES, Engineering, Surveying, Architecture, Landscape Architecture & Geology, D.P.C., 50 Century Hill Drive, Latham, NY 12110. Only those Contract Documents obtained in this manner will enable a prospective bidder to be identified as an official plan holder of record. Contract Documents obtained from other sources may not be accurate or may not contain addenda that may have been issued. Costs for sets of printed documents shall be the responsibility of the Bidder. If requested, documents will be sent by UPS Ground delivery at the non-refundable cost of $10.00 per set for postage and handling.
Additional Digital Procurement and Contracting Documents, as well as all Documents for suppliers and subcontractors, are available at non-refundable cost of $25.00. If requested, documents will be sent UPS Ground delivery at additional non-refundable cost of $10.00 per set for shipping and handling.
Payment for additional Documents and for postage and handling should be made either in cash or by check made payable to C.T. MALE ASSOCIATES.
