08192025 - Kiwanis International Park Waterfront Access Improvements Project

*Contractors are not required to bid on both contracts.  The project is divided into two separate contracts; No. 1 General Construction, and No. 2 Dock Construction, each with their own bid form.  Contractors may submit a bid for either contract individually or for both*

Contract No. 1 – General Construction: The scope of work shall include, but is not limited to, all labor, materials, and equipment, necessary and related, for the construction of waterfront access improvements at Kiwanis International Park, which generally includes, but is not limited to: site clearing; site grading; drainage improvements; concrete bulkhead construction; concrete pathway, sidewalk and pavement installation; striping of parking areas; and restoration activities.

Contract No. 2 – Dock Construction: The scope of work shall include, but is not limited to, all labor, materials, and equipment, necessary and related, for the construction and installation of the PreEngineered Floating ADA Commercial Kayak Launch System with ADA Curbing, Pre-Engineered ADA Gangway with Float Frame and Railings, and ADA Transfer Platform and Railing at Kiwanis International Park.
