Water Treatment Plant Generator
ADVERTISEMENT FOB BIDS
Sealed Bids for the construction of the Water Treatment Plant Generator will be received by the Town of Lloyd, at Town Hall, until11:00 a.m. local time on May14, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.
This Project generally consists of furnishing and installing an emergency generator, transfer switch, conduit, devices and wiring. Gas service to the generator is included.
Bids shall be on items included on the bid form.
The Town of Lloyd has received a grant for the work from NYSDHSES / FEMA Compliance with all requirements of the granting agency is included.
Official bid documents are obtained from the Town of Lloyd Website. All addenda will be posted on the Town's web site.
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: CPL. 26 IBM Road, Poughkeepsie, New York 12601. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents starting on April 17, 2025 at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. by appointment only. Bidding documents will also be available for inspection on week days between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at the Town of Lloyd Town Clerk's office located at 12 Church Street, Highland, NY12528, starting on April 17, 2025
A pre-bid conference will be held on April 30, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the Town of Lloyd Town Hall.
Only written Requests For Information (RFI) will be accepted. RFl's will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. (Local Time) on May 5, 2025, at the office of the Engineer to the attention of Andrew Learn, PE via email: alearn@cplteam.com.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified bank check or bid bond from a domestic carrier licensed to do business in the State of New York in the amount of not less than five (596) of the amount of the bid submitted.
