NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Lloyd hereby invites sealed bids for furnishing Cured-In-Place Pipe Lining and Manhole Restoration Services for use by the Town of Lloyd Water and Sewer Department, and other Town departments, as and when needed. The Town of Lloyd reserves the right to allow allmunicipal and not for profit organizations authorized under General Municipal Laws of the State of New York, to purchase any goods and/or services awarded as a result of this bid in accordance with the latest amendments to NYS GML 100-104. However it is understood that the extension of such contracts are at the discretion of the vendor and the vendor is only bound to any contract between the Town of Lloyd and the vendor. Additionally, the Town of Lloyd reserves the right to purchase any goods or services included as part of this bid from any means legally available to it at any time. Bid questions will be taken up until 11am on June 3 and should be directed to:Joel Bianchi, PEPrincipal, Senior Vice President of Civil Engineering, jbianchi@mjteam.com518.371.0799, ext. 404Bids will be received up to 2:00 p.m. on June 13, 2025 at which time such bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Town Hall, 12 Church Street, Highland, New York. Bids shall be addressed to Wendy Rosinski, Town Clerk, Town of Lloyd, 12 Church Street, Highland New York 12528. Bids shall be in sealed envelopes, which shall bear, on the face thereof, the NAME AND ADDRESS OF THE BIDDER AND SUBJECT OF THE BID. ORIGINAL AND ONE COPY of each bid shall be submitted. Bid documents may be obtained at the Lloyd Town Clerk’s Office, 12 Church Street, Highland New York 12528.
