This contract generally consists of two parking areas totaling 12 spaces, approximately 4,500 linear feet of aggregate or wood chip trail, along with other work specified and indicated on the Contract Documents.This project includes a Base Bid, Alternate No.1 and Alternate No.2. Bids shall reflect pricing for all three in accordance with the Bid Form. The Town reserves the right to award the Base Bid alone, or together with one or both Alternates, depending on funding and the best interest of the Town.
