2025-013 - 2nd Floor & Court Office Renovation

1. General Contract: Contract consists of remediation of hazardous materials;providing new walls, ceilings and floors; renovation of existing windows and providing new windows and frames; new doors; painting; and work from other trade contracts and all other work indicated on A and S drawings, divisions 02, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, and 12 specifications, and all other work not indicated under other trade contracts.
2. Plumbing Contract: Contract consists of new condensate receptor, sanitarypiping, fixtures, water supply piping, hot water heater in restroom, modification of the existing sprinkler system, and all other work indicated on P drawings and divisions 02, 21 and 22 specifications.
3.Mechanical Contract: Contract consists of providing heat pump, ductwork, airterminals, louvers and dampers, and all other work indicated on M drawings and divisions 02 and 23 specifications.
4.Electrical Contract: Contract consists of providing electrical for lighting, communications, fire alarm, and all other work indicated on E drawings and divisions 02 and 26 specifications.
