The Town of New Castle is soliciting the services of a qualified engineering consultant with considerable experience with infrastructure, in particular water main cleaning and cement lining, as well as water main design. The requested services shall encompass all phases of a comprehensive water main improvement project, including preliminary plans, engineer's cost estimate, final construction drawings and bid documents, WCDOH Approvals, including engineer’s report, construction administration, and inspection for four (4) distinct project locations. The Selected Professional Engineering Consultant (SPEC) should meet the qualifications as contained in this request and should have a history of successfully performing services on similar comprehensive projects.

***This Contract with the SPEC, as a professional service, is NOT subject to the prevailing wage rates in effect during the Contract Period as determined by the New York State Department of Labor, with the exception of surveying services. Certified payrolls shall be submitted for surveying staff.
