It is the intent to make a combined award for the purchase of filter anthracite and filter sand for the use at the Town of New Castle Millwood Water Treatment Plant per specifications listed.
Granular filter materials must be manufactured in the U.S.A., under ISO 9002 Quality Control Procedures. All materials must be certified to ANSI/AWWA B100-16 and NSF/ANSI 61 criteria.
