All per contract documents, plans, specs and addenda. Closure-in-place one (1) 5,000 gal. gasolline motor fueling UST, one (1) 5,000 gal. diesel motor fueling UST and assoc. dispensers & equipment. Closure & removal of one (1) 8,000 gal #2 fuel oil UST. All per contract documents, plans, specs and addenda.
Special Conditions - Add alternate:
1.- Closure & removal of one (1) 5,000 gal. gasoline UST and one (1) 5,000 gal. diesel UST.
2.- Removal & replacement of one (1) VeederRoot TLS-350R with one (1) VeederRoot TLS-450 Plus.
Special Conditions - Deduction:
1.- Installation of interior electrical work
2.- Installation of one (1) 23'9" x 14'0", 12" thick concrete pad associated with new 5,000 gal. #2 fuel oil AST
3.- Restorative asphalt/concrete paving work
In event of petroleum contamination is discovered during work, Contractor may be directed to remove & dispose of the containated material.
