NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Dover is seeking bids for a Highway Fuel Spill Clean-up and Remediation project. Bid and prevailing wage schedule packets may be obtained starting on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at the Dover Town Hall, 126 East Duncan Hill Rd., Dover Plains, NY during business hours between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes marked on the outside: Highway Fuel Spill Clean Up and Remediation and delivered by mail or in person to the Town Clerk’s Office, Dover Town Hall, 126 East Duncan Hill Road, Dover Plains, New York 12522 by 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 when they will be opened and publicly read.
The Town of Dover reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to accept the bid which it deems most favorable to the interests of the Town of Dover.
