NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Dover is currently seeking qualified requests for proposals (RFP) for a Highway Spill Clean-up and Remediation project. RFP and prevailing wage schedule packets may be obtained starting on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at the Dover Town Hall, 126 East Duncan Hill Rd., Dover Plains, NY during business hours between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
RFPs shall be submitted in sealed envelopes marked on the outside: Highway Spill Clean Up and Remediation and delivered by mail or in person to the Town Clerk’s Office, Dover Town Hall, 126 East Duncan Hill Road, Dover Plains, New York 12522 by 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 when they will be opened and publicly read.
The Town of Dover reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to accept the RFP which it deems most favorable to the interests of the Town of Dover.
