NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Bethlehem hereby invites sealed bids for furnishing labor and materials for the Annual Sidewalk Repair and Installation Program for the Town of Bethlehem Highway Department on an as needed basis for 2020.
Bid documents may be obtained at the Bethlehem Town Clerk’s Office, 445 Delaware Avenue, Delmar, NY 12054. Bid documents may also be available for download from the Capital Region Purchasing Group through the Town of Bethlehem Website at www.townofbethlehem.org Purchasing Division.

Bids will be received up to 11:00AM on the 12th day of February 2020 at which time such bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Town Hall, 445 Delaware Avenue, Delmar, New York. Bids shall be addressed to Ms. Nanci Moquin, Town Clerk, Town of Bethlehem, 445 Delaware Avenue, Delmar, New York 12054. Bids shall be in sealed envelopes, which shall bear, on the face thereof, the NAME AND ADDRESS OF THE BIDDER AND SUBJECT OF THE BID. ORIGINAL AND ONE COPY of each bid shall be submitted.
