The intent of this bid package is to provide the Town of Amherst (TOA) and the Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) with a firm experienced in the service, repair, upgrades, calibration and certification of our on-site Weigh-Tronix steel bridge, flat top pit less motor truck scale and associated equipment, as described further within this bid document. This work would be on an “as-needed basis” as requested by the Town of Amherst. It is our intention to immediately upgrade the indicator, add a scoreboard display and calibrate our system. This scale is located at the Town of Amherst WPCF located at 455 Tonawanda Creek Road, Amherst NY 14228.
