The intent of this contract is to secure the services of one or more firms experienced in parking lot maintenance. The successful bidder(s) will be required to apply crack fill, two (2) coats of seal coat or (1) one coat of sealer (as indicated on bid location price sheet), control lines and symbols.
The Town of Amherst is looking for firm who can complete all three items listed. The contract will run for one (1) year.
