Through this bid, the Town of Amherst seeks to establish an Agreement for the purchase of miscellaneous small equipment and parts at either a discounted rate from manufacturer’s list price or a markup from supplier’s cost. In the event the manufacturers list is not available, the Town will accept a cost-plus markup. Bid will be awarded based on manufacturer’s list minus a percentage. Cost plus will ONLY be used as a back-up for any items that do not have a manufacturer’s list price available.
