The intent of this bid package is to provide the Town of Amherst (TOA) and the Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) with a contract to procure Laboratory Testing Services as identified in the bid specifications.
These orders would be on an “as-needed” basis as determined by the TOA. The TOA WPCF is looking to enter into an agreement for two (2) years from date of execution by the Town of Amherst.
